Our R & D personnel have many years of experience in piezoelectric ceramic formula development, and have developed a series of piezoelectric ceramic material formulas, which can meet the diversified and personalized needs of customers.
Advanced powder synthesis and grinding equipment are adopted for mass preparation, and the average particle size is less than 1.5 μ m. Ceramic powder with uniform particles is suitable for tape casting process.
It is the first in China to apply the tape casting process to the production of piezoelectric ceramic components, and has been authorized by the national invention patent. Tape casting process is to make ceramic powder into slurry with excellent fluidity and dispersion, scrape a film belt with a certain thickness on the flat steel strip with a scraper, and obtain a film with good plasticity and toughness after drying the film.
The tape casting process is suitable for the production of large quantities of ultra-thin components, with a minimum thickness of up to 15 μ m. And the product consistency has been greatly improved.
The water-based tape casting process uses pure water as the slurry carrier, does not contain organic volatile components such as toluene, has no pollution to the environment and is convenient for production and operation.
